CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order! You must cancel your order 2 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied, just please contact with in firstname.lastname@example.org. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

Customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package. Especially customs tax fees can be charged for UK customers after Brexit reform changed.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
We charge 20% cancellation fee for all products if customer want to cancel order.
